Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram Constituency, Samuel Nartey George simply called Sam George has said that he is not expecting any member of the house to kick again his anti- LGBTQI bill.
The MP who is currently leading an anti campaign with four others against the LGBQI communities in Ghana is set to present a bill to Parliament that will seek to criminalize such sexual orientations.
The outspoken politician has forewarned his colleagues in parliament about any attempt to kick against the motion.
“I dare any member of Parliament to stand up and say he will vote against our motion.” he said.
To him, any member who supports such sexual orientations has lost the moral right to still be in Parliament.
Speaking to TV3, he said “any MP who supports homosexuality has no business being a member of Parliament”.
Sam George argues the laws and even the customs of Ghana clearly frown upon homosexuality and that the practice cannot be condoned in the country.
