Former President Jerry John Rawlings on Sunday evening was captured on camera controlling traffic situation on the Accra Prampram – Road.
The former president seem to be much zealous about the situation at that particular moment, that brought him down off his car, and at the middle of the road started to direct the cars.
The Prampram area as well-known has always been a busy place especially during weekends, so Papa J as they were chanting his name, could not bear the heat than to come out of his hole to direct traffic himself.
