Shatta Wale becomes the first African act to hit number one Canadian iTunes Reggae Chart.

The artiste’s song Dream off the Tropical House Cruises to Jamaica; The Reggae collector’s Edition climbed to the top of the charts making history for Shatta Wale and the album.

The song also charted on the iTunes singles chart for all genres in Canada.

Within the week the song entered billboard charts in Canada at number 26.

This has attracted many news outlet all over Jamaica, Canada to reacts.

The current person to join in the spread of news is Richard Banton of Radio Dubplate, Dubai.

He has lauded Shatta Wale and contractor in a article over the new year’s achievement.
