THE TAADI KIDNAPPED GIRLS ARE SAFE; WE KNOW WHERE THEY ARE – GHANA POLICE CID

It’s been 6 months since Taadi girls were reportedly kidnapped in Takoradi, capital of the oil producing Region. These three girls since today has not been found, namely Priscilla Mantebea Koranchie (15 years), Ruthlove Quayson(18 years) and Priscilla Blessing Bentum (21 years) a student of Winneba College of Education.

The Police Criminal Investigations Department (CID) has revealed their partnership with the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI), they have worked firmly to know the whereabouts of the three kidnapped Takoradi girls, kidnapped since last year in the Western Region.

Addressing a news conference on the status of investigations into some high profile crimes in the country, The “Director General of the Police CID”, DCOP Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah said  “Together with the BNI, we’ve worked very keenly in hand to know the location of the girls.

She retorted” the kidnapped girls “are safe” and will be reunited with their parents and families soon, but declined to give further details to the journalists who were present at the conference.
