It is expected that all clubs that get involved in the development of a player gets a training compensation which is referred to as the Development Fees.
The Development Fees as understood from our end is mandatory by the English Football Association(EFA) rules.
Therefore all clubs in the English Premier League strictly adhere to this directive.
The higher the value of the player, the higher the amount his or youth teams will receive.

A report according to Joy Sports says that the two boyhood clubs of the Arsenal midfielder have received more than €1.2 million.
Which they further stated that Partey’s colt club, Revelation FC received €750,000, while Tema Youth received €500,000.
Thomas Partey has not been able to play lots of game in the arsenal shirt due to a tigh injury he sustained against Aston Villa.
He will however return to action on Saturday 9th January , 2020 against Newcastle in an FA Cup tie.
