Shatta Wale is Ghana Music Messiah – Kwame A Plus

In the year 2014 Shatta Wale the “Dance Hall King” hitmaker was hailed in Jamaica and an article of him and his award was published in the Jamaica Observer.  He won the Best New Entertainer Category at the 4 Martin’s International Reggae and World Music Awards in Miami. The Jamaica observer called him as the “African SingJay Shatta Wale”. Shatta Wale points to lack of unity among African artistes as one of his greatest challenges.

Shatta Wale told the Jamaica Observer “I have therefore formed a group called Dancehall Artiste Welfare Association which is going on well in Ghana,” he said. “Most of us dancehall/reggae musicians in Ghana live in serious poverty but many can’t speak up because of how our industry is.”

Today the seed sowed has yielded a result as every musician in Ghana is living good at least. Shatta Wale is having the biggest Fanbase in Ghana and Loyal fans in Africa today including prominent people in the society, Kwame A Plus is also Musician and a politician. He has always sing praises and showed his loyalty to Shatta Wale as a fan upon all the controversies surrounding him and today He Write

Every musician in Ghana today is enjoying the fruit of Shatta Wale’s struggle. He for gor respect for the Ghanaian music.

1. Don’t bring Nigerians here and treat them special but treat your own people like trash.

2. Don’t pay Nigerians better than Ghanaians.

3. Don’t just use musicians to promote your event when you have not contacted and signed contract with them.

Most of the event organizers either own or work for some of the big media outlets and therefore decided to bring the guy down. Unfortunate some of the people fell for this and some musicians who are benefiting today fight him.

Anyway, Kwame Nkrumah was overthrown. Jesus was killed…. as for me I like everything Ghana. I love Ghanaians music. I love Sark, I love Stone, I love the new guys Kwame Eugene, Kidi and King Promise but Shatta is the messiah!!!

4Lyf is 4Lyf. Nipa mpɛ nokorɛ!!!
