The five times IRAWMAs winner Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr well known in the music circle as Shatta Wale has announces his intention of attending this year’s 38th International Reggae And World Music Awards in Jamaica.
Since 2014 Shatta Wale attended IRAWMAs in Miami USA, coming March, 2020 will be six (6) years the artiste stayed back getting his awards at home (Ghana), as an alternative of gracing the occasion.
The ‘Fool Boy’ hitmaker, has been nominated for the fifth time by the International Reggae And World Music Awards 2020 and won five awards to his credit.
Shatta Wale is competing with Stonebwoy, Burna Boy, Epixode, Shatta Wale and Patoranking for the Best African Dancehall Artiste.
The International Reggae & World Music Awards (IRAWMA), established in 1982 acknowledges and honours the accomplishments and contributions of reggae and world music artistes, including songwriters, performers, promoters, musicians and organizers of the International Reggae & World Music Awards (IRAWMA).
