Ghana’s 4x100M Relay Team Qualifies For Tokyo Olympic Games

Four Ghanaian athletes who left the country for the World Relays Championship in Poland have made the country proud.

The 4×100 men relay team the country took to the competition have booked the ticket to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics games after placing second.

Ghana’s team clocked 38.79 to finish as second to Netherlands who won the race.

2018 World indoor 60m finalist, Sean Safo-Antwi started the race for Ghana.

He then handed the baton over to Benjamin Azamati, current Ghana’s 100M record holder,

Joseph Oduro Manu took over from Azamati before handing the baton over to Joseph Amoah who finished up the race and earned the country the bragging right.
