Ghanaian Popular Pastor Bishop James Kweku Saah’s son, Francis Amoo a gospel musician has showed interest in featuring the African Dancehall King Shatta Wale in his upcoming projects next year.
The gospel artiste made this heartfelt statement during an interview with Abeiku Aggrey Santana on Okay fm yesterday expressing his interest in collaborating with Shatta Wale come next year.
The gospel musician also did explain to Abeiku Santana his reasons for loving Shatta Wale, Shatta Wale is my church member. We go to the same church at Action Chapel International. My father is Snr Bishop Kweku Saah he added.
In another discussion with the host Abeiku Santana concerning the future of Ghana gospel music industry, Francis Amoo tackle the shady foundation laid by the previous gospel musicians who made the work unattractive. He believes the starters couldn’t help the situation from the onset and that has dulled the gospel music industry which is also a job some of them have chosen to do for the rest of their lives.
In other words, I believe things need to change since 21st century is technological know-how era, the circular musicians have taken that opportunity and they are benefiting from it. Their forerunners left them with a packaging they followed suit and it yielding a good result, the likes of Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie are benefiting what their predecessors laid down for them.
