Ghanaian female rap goddess Eno Barony has bagged her first AFRIMA award in her career.

The awards event was established by the International Committee AFRIMA, in collaboration with the African Union (AU) to reward and celebrate musical works, talents and creativity around the African continent while promoting the African cultural heritage.

Eno Barony has been nominated in the Best Female Rap Act category alongside, Nadia Nakai from South Africa, Moonaya from Senegal, Rosa Ree from Tanzania, Bombshell Grenade from Zambia, Muthoni Drummer Queen from Kenya, Askia from Cameroon, Candy Bleakz from Nigeria, Keko from Uganda and Rouge from South Africa.

Eno Barony has single handedly held Ghana female rap down over the years making waves with her songs.
