Ghana’s former striker Asamoah Gyan had his record broken by world football icon Ronaldo.
Gyan had previously scored in the 2006, 2010 and 2014 World Cups plus the 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2017 at the Africa Cup of Nations.
Ronaldo’s brace yesterday plus goals scored in the 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2020 Euros, 2006, 2010, 2014 and 2018 World Cups has equalled Asamoah Gyan’s records set.
