Executive Vice-chairman of Manchester United has vacated his post over intense resistance from fans over the club’s decision to join the infamous Super League.

Ever since the announcement of the unpopular breakaway league, the Super League, fans, ex players, club legends and even the English government led by the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson have been condamning the 6 Premier League club’s for joining such a league.

The leadership of Manchester United has had its own share of angry fans’ agitations and it seems executive Vice-chairman, Ed Woodward could not bear it any longer.

News reaching us is that Ed Woodward has stepped down as the executive Vice-chairman of Manchester United.
